Mackenzie is a world-renowned pediatric orthopedics expert: Chairman, Medical Advisory Board of Little People of America; Medical Director, Dwarf Athletic Association of America; Board of Directors, Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America; and author of more than 16 book chapters and 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
