Biography

Dr. Hamad and team are leading Temple's efforts to help these patients live longer, better lives. Temple Health's Heart Transplant Program offers more heart failure patients a chance at life through expanded evaluation criteria and innovative methods to accept more donor hearts. These efforts have resulted in the best outcomes in the Philadelphia area, and one of the fastest list-to-transplant rates in the country. Dr. Hamad has over 17 years of experience.
